Refund Policy

Returns
Refunds are only available if the item is out of stock or if there is a product quality issue. Refund requests must be based on the condition the item was damaged before use, unused, and in the same condition as when received. Please keep all accessories, and no refunds will be given once the product anti-theft clasp has been removed.

Sale items, special orders, and custom jewelry are sold as final and are not returnable or exchangeable. If you have any questions, we recommend that you contact us before purchasing sale items or custom jewelry.

Once we receive your return package, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt. Once the item has been inspected, we will notify you of the refund status immediately.

Return and Exchange Conditions
After receiving the package, please inspect all items. Returns (due to quality issues or sold out) and exchanges are only accepted within 72 hours of package delivery or receipt. We provide exchanges, and customers will be responsible for round-trip shipping and potential customs duties.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
